Making spicy rice noodles with @eatinnovasian General Tso’s Chicken to stay warm on these chilly days ❄️🍜

Combine 1.25 cups rice flour, 2 tbsp tapioca starch, 1/2 tsp salt, 1.25 cups water and 1 tsp oil. Whisk and set aside. Place a large pot over medium heat and add water about 1 inch deep. Bring to a boil and add a nonstick pan that fits in the bottom of the pot. Add 1/4 cup of the rice noodle mixture to the pan, cover the pot with lid and steam for 5 minutes. Remove noodle sheet and transfer to a plate. Oil and stack the rice noodle sheets as you go. Add 1 packet of InnovAsian General Tso’s Chicken to a pot with oil. Simmer until golden then add the General Tso’s sauce, 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp gochujang, adjust to your preferred spice. Mix then cut your rice noodle sheets into strips. Gently mix and serve!
