Clover Valley Sheet Pan Strawberry Shortcake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease or line a sheet pan (9x13 works best!). In a bowl, whisk together your baking mix, eggs, milk, and oil. Whisk until there are no lumps left in the batter. Pour batter into the sheet pan and smooth evenly. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden. Let cool completely (important so whipped topping doesn’t melt!). Slice strawberries and toss with powdered sugar. Let sit 5–10 minutes (creates that juicy syrup!). To serve, add your strawberry mix over a slice, add whipped topping and sprinkle powdered sugar. Enjoy!
