Spicy Rice Noodles with General Tso’s Chicken

What you need

cup rice flour

tbsp tapioca starch

tbsp gochujang

cup water

tsp salt

tsp cooking oil

box cooked chicken

tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Combine 1.25 cups rice flour, 2 tbsp tapioca starch, 1/2 tsp salt, 1.25 cups water and 1 tsp oil. Whisk and set aside. Place a large pot over medium heat and add water about 1 inch deep. Bring to a boil and add a nonstick pan that fits in the bottom of the pot. Add 1/4 cup of the rice noodle mixture to the pan, cover the pot with lid and steam for 5 minutes. Remove noodle sheet and transfer to a plate. Oil and stack the rice noodle sheets as you go. Add 1 packet of InnovAsian General Tso’s Chicken to a pot with oil. Simmer until golden then add the General Tso’s sauce, 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp gochujang, adjust to your preferred spice. Mix then cut your rice noodle sheets into strips.
