cup fresh ginger

cup water

Instructions
Combine the lemons, fresh ginger, 1.5 cups of water (add more if the mixture is too thick), turmeric, and fresh cracked black pepper in a blender. Blend until the mixture is very smooth. Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve, nut milk bag, or cheesecloth to separate the juice from the pulp. Serve immediately as wellness shots.View original recipe
